The meeting was also attended by SSP Operations Amir Khan Niazi and Health Department officials.  Deputy Commissioner Amir Karim Khan said that 2991 teams of health department would vaccinate children under 5 years of age while teams would also be present at hospitals, dispensaries, buses, wagon stands and railway stations. Aamir Karim Khan said that corona vaccination will also continue during the polio campaign. Giving a briefing on the occasion, CEO of Health Dr. Shoaib Gormani said that in view of the outbreak of Coronavirus, a special door-to-door campaign has been launched by the health department under SOPs and modern methods to eradicate polio.
